Through your purchase of scrip, our school receives a rebate on all purchases at Shalom Kosher, Giant, and Moti’s Market.
The way it works is simple. Scrip can be ordered/purchased by filling out the online form below.
Fill out the form, and send your child into school with a check or cash. The student can stop by the Front Desk and we will give them the scrip. If your child is not mature enough to bring it home, please pick it up at your earliest convenience.
Please remember the more you buy the more our school earns. We generally carry enough inventory to fill most orders on the spot. However, if you are planning a major purchase (over $2000); please call in advance to be sure we can fill your order.
Scrip can be fulfilled in one of two ways:
The accounting works like this: Each Berman Hebrew Academy family’s account is charged $250 at the beginning of the school year. Your account is credited for the scrip you purchased at the end of the school year. There is no minimum purchase amount–you can buy as little as $50 at a time, until you reach the required purchase amount and your full credit ($250) is earned.
The benefit can be even higher if the sale of scrip is extended to friends, neighbors, associates, etc. Tell them about the program. We’ll be happy to sell to all. You don’t need to wait until the first day of school to buy scrip. We’re ready to fill your order now.
