About this Position
Berman Hebrew Academy, in Rockville, MD, seeks a part time time World Studies teacher for the 2022-23 school year. The ideal candidate will have a BA/MA degree in secondary education or subject area, three or more years of middle/high school classroom teaching experience, and a commitment to helping students become insightful readers, critical thinkers, accomplished writers, and engaged learners. Additionally, the candidate should be able to teach different types of learners and different levels of students. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively within and outside of the department and demonstrate an interest in ongoing professional growth.
